శివ కుటుంబ చిత్రపటం పూజా మందిరంలో పెట్టుకుంటే
పూజా మందిరాలలో శివ కుటుంబ చిత్రపటాన్ని ఉంచుకోవచ్చా లేదా అనే సందేహం చాలామందికి కలుగుతుంటుంది. కొందరు చిత్ర పటాన్ని చూసి ఈ పటం ఉందేమిటి అని ప్రశ్నిస్తుంటారు. నిజానికి అసలు ఈ పటాన్ని పూజామందిరంలో ఉంచుకోవచ్చో లేదో వారికే తెలియదు. కానీ శివ కుటుంబంతో ఉన్న చిత్ర పటాన్ని పూజా మందిరంలో ఉంచటం చాలా మంచిదని ఆధ్యాత్మిక గ్రంధాలు చెబుతున్నాయి.
పార్వతీ పరమేశ్వరులు లోకానికే తల్లిదండ్రులు. అన్యోన్య దాంపత్యానికి ఆదర్శమూర్తులు. పరమేశ్వరుడు ఆయుష్షును ప్రసాదిస్తే, అమ్మవారు విజయాన్ని చేకూరుస్తుంది. తమ బిడ్డలను అనుగ్రహించడంలోను, ఆదరించడంలోను ఆ తల్లిదండ్రులు ఎంతమాత్రం ఆలస్యం చేయరు. ఇక వినాయకుడు తనని ప్రార్థించిన వారికి ఎలాంటి విఘ్నాలు ఎదురుకాకుండా చూస్తాడు.
విద్యాభివృద్ధిని కలిగిస్తాడు. కుమారస్వామి తేజస్సును, చైతన్యాన్ని కలిగిస్తాడు. జ్ఞానాన్ని పెంచడమే కాకుండా సంతానాన్ని అనుగ్రహిస్తాడు. ఇలా పార్వతీపరమేశ్వరులు, వినాయకుడు, కుమారస్వామి కుటుంబంలోని వారికి ఆయురారోగ్యాలను, విజయాలను, జ్ఞానాన్ని, చైతన్యాన్ని కలిగిస్తారు. అందువలన వాళ్లంతా కలిసి వున్న శివ కుటుంబ చిత్రపటం పూజా మందిరంలో ఉండటం చాలా మంచిదని అంటారు.
The Deities at home should be in this measures
Siva and parvathy - 5cm height
Annapoorni - 6 cm
Nag alone - 6 cm
Nag + nandi + lingam- 2 cm each
Green lingam alone - 4 cm
lakshmi - in silver and brass
Hanuman - silver - 13 cm & 4 cm
There is no specific rules told in this matter. However If one does not have a temple at home or if there are no photographs or idols of the Family Deity and Shree Gaṇesh then they should be duly brought and installed in a temple at home. The Deities should be arranged in the temple in the following manner
Shri Gaṇapati in the centre with the photographs or the idols of the male Family Deity and other male Deities, e.g. Hanuman, Balakrishṇa, to His right and the female Family Deity and other female Deities, e.g. Annapurṇa, to His left. In some pictures the female Deity is depicted along with the male Deity, e.g. Sitaram, Lakshminarayaṇa, etc. Whenever She is depicted to the left of the male Deity She bestows blessings onto devotees along with Her master. The left side symbolises the moon channel (Chandranaḍi) and endows Serenity and Bliss. This is the saviour form of the female Deity. In such photographs the male Deity is considered as the main one and the picture is placed to the right of Shrī Gaṇapati. In some pictures the female Deity is depicted to the right of the male Deity. The right side signifies the sun channel (Suryanaḍi).
